Visitor Entry Permit

VEP stands for Visitor Entry Permit and can be obtained by:

Individuals or Groups with appointments and/or business dealings with any company operating at Tanjung Bruas Port.
Individuals or Groups carrying out work or projects within the Port premises, either as Contractors or Business Associates.
Individuals or Groups attending interviews or training sessions.

VEP is only valid for maximum period of seven (7) days.

Visitors can submit their details by emailing isninismail@tbpmelaka.com.my. Kindly await his response for approval.
VEP Manual Application Form is available at the Security Service Centre (SSC) or can be completed via online by clicking here.
For online application User is required to submit their application at least one (1) day earlier prior to entry. Any application via online will receive an application serial number through email which is to be indicated during the collection of the VEP.

Local Applicant(s) is required to bring along valid National Identity Card for verification.
Foreign Applicant(s) is required to bring along an original passport and work permit with a set of photocopies to the Security Service Centre (SSC).
Applicant(s) who will be working within Tanjung Bruas Port operational areas is required to attend a Safety Briefing prior to the issuance of the VEP. Applicant(s) is required to bring along Safety Briefing Declaration Form together with application letter upon request. View sample application letter here
For application via online, applicant(s) is required to indicate application serial number during the collection of the VEP.
The VEP is issued according to the information given in the application form. Please be reminded that the issuance of the VEP is subject to further verification of documents by Tanjung Bruas Port Safety Department personnel.
